Co-founder & Partner at Rockdale Partners brings extensive experience guiding corporate strategies for companies in media & technology
New York, NY – October 9, 2018 – Extreme Reach, the cloud technology platform for TV and video ad workflow and Talent & Rights management, today announced that former advisor, Gaurav Agarwal, has joined the company as Corporate Development Officer. In this newly-created position, Gaurav is charged with developing and executing key strategic initiatives, fostering partnerships with industry players and incubating and nurturing new growth opportunities. Based in Los Angeles, he will also focus on forging additional relationships with the technology and entertainment communities.
Gaurav was formerly Co-founder and Partner at financial advisory firm Rockdale Partners where he specialized in advising media and technology companies in their merger and acquisition and critical transaction activities. He has served as an advisor to Extreme Reach since 2012 and his counsel was fundamental to the success of the company’s acquisitions of both the TV advertising business of Digital Generation in February 2014 and Talent Partners in June 2015. Prior to Rockdale Partners, he served as a Principal at Berenson & Company, with responsibilities across all areas of the firm’s investment banking activities.

The addition of the Corporate Development Officer role underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its West Coast presence and builds on the growth of the senior leadership team throughout 2018. Matt Timothy was named Chief Revenue Officer in January. Tim Conley, a co-founder who had served as President since October 2017, became Chief Executive Officer in June. In addition, Jorge Martell and Jennifer Wambold were promoted to the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, respectively.
