PES Payroll Launches New Service for Employers in Entertainment and Advertising Industries

New Service Provides Tools To Ensure Employers Are Compliant with Affordable Care Act (ACA) Reporting Requirements

Internal Revenue Code Section 6056 requires all Applicable Large Employers (ALEs) to file an annual report that ensures compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) employer shared responsibility provisions. The reporting includes information on all full-time employees who were offered, or not offered, health insurance coverage, and the cost of that coverage on a month-by-month basis. This requires aggregating payroll and health insurance data across all entities within the larger organization while also filing per each individual legal entity.
