John is Chairman and CEO of Extreme Reach. He's been a leader in the advertising technology industry for over 15 years, including 7 years as President and COO of FastChannel Network, a company he helped launch. John co-founded Extreme Reach in 2008 with the vision to power the world’s video advertising.

Under John’s leadership, Extreme Reach has been widely recognized for its growth and innovation, earning a spot in 2016 on Forbes magazine’s inaugural list of the Top 100 Private Cloud Companies in the World and on Inc. magazine’s Inc. 500 list, in both 2013 and 2015. John is the author of a book, My Silent Partner, that provides a roadmap for entrepreneurs building their businesses.

As the COO of Extreme Reach, Tim oversees the company’s operations in every market. Prior to co-founding Extreme Reach, Tim served as SVP of Third Screen Media (TSM), one of the earliest and largest mobile ad networks. He has a stellar 15-year track record of driving revenue and business growth in the advertising industry.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Bill is responsible for the entire sales operation at Extreme Reach. His deep experience leading enterprise sales teams includes 20 years of B2B software sales at Oracle. Bill has a successful track record of innovating to optimize sales processes, teams and methodologies. He is a big believer in the customer value of enterprise suites over individual point solutions and is heading the charge to disrupt the video ad tech space through driving client adoption of Extreme Reach’s enterprise cloud solution.

As the Chief Marketing Officer, Melinda spearheads all aspects of the company’s global marketing and communications in addition to driving market research, product development strategy and sales enablement. Melinda’s career spans the massive evolution of the ad industry over the last 25+ years, spending 15 years on the ad agency side and a decade at A+E Networks. Most recently she was the CMO of Tremor Video, a Video advertising technology company for brand marketing. The geek in Melinda sees a spectacular future for brand marketing as TV and Video advertising rapidly converge in a content everywhere world.

As our Chief Talent Officer, Tim oversees Talent Payment, Rights Management and Business Affairs solutions for our clients. With over 20 years in advertising, Tim has worked on flagship campaigns for McDonald’s, Anheuser-Busch, Hallmark, Sears and Kraft Heinz. Tim founded Spotlight Business Affairs, Inc. in 2000, which was acquired by Extreme Reach in 2012.

Jorge leads the global finance organization for Extreme Reach with a focus on financial strategy and planning. He is responsible for the worldwide accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax planning and compliance, risk management and internal controls aspects of Extreme Reach. Jorge brings more than 18 years of experience providing financial, strategic and operational leadership to rapidly growing private and public companies, and has held finance and accounting roles of increasing responsibility and scope throughout his career, including roles at both Sapient Corporation and KPMG.
