Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
Tim was named CEO of Extreme Reach in June 2018, after serving as President for eight months. As Chief Operations Officer, from the company's launch in 2008 to 2017, he oversaw operations in every market. Prior to co-founding Extreme Reach, Tim served as SVP of Third Screen Media (TSM), one of the earliest and largest mobile ad networks. He has a stellar 17-year track record of driving revenue and business growth in the advertising industry.
Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder
Dan is the CTO of Extreme Reach. He leads innovation and development with a customer-centric revision cycle, growing our industry-leading platform with new capabilities every two weeks. With over 25 years of experience in systems architecture, application design and development leadership, Dan is known for developing transformative advertising technology solutions.
Chief Talent Officer
As our Chief Talent Officer, Tim oversees Talent Payment, Rights Management and Business Affairs solutions for our clients. With over 20 years in advertising, Tim has worked on flagship campaigns for McDonald’s, Anheuser-Busch, Hallmark, Sears and Kraft Heinz. Tim founded Spotlight Business Affairs, Inc. in 2000, which was acquired by Extreme Reach in 2012.

As Chief Client Officer, Patrick oversees the company relationships and enterprise solutions for the world’s biggest brands, holding companies and agencies. With more than 20 years of advertising sales and sales service experience, Patrick has helped hundreds of thought leaders at Fortune 100 companies transform the way they activate and execute their advertising campaigns.
Chief Financial Officer
Jorge leads the global finance organization for Extreme Reach with a focus on financial strategy and planning. He is responsible for the worldwide accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax planning and compliance, risk management and internal controls aspects of Extreme Reach. Jorge brings more than 18 years of experience providing financial, strategic and operational leadership to rapidly growing private and public companies, and has held finance and accounting roles of increasing responsibility and scope throughout his career, including roles at both Sapient Corporation and KPMG.
Chief Marketing Officer
As the Chief Marketing Officer, Melinda spearheads all aspects of the company’s global marketing and communications in addition to driving market research, product development strategy and sales enablement. Melinda’s career spans the massive evolution of the ad industry over the last 25+ years, spending 15 years on the ad agency side and a decade at A+E Networks. Most recently she was the CMO of Tremor Video, a Video advertising technology company for brand marketing. The geek in Melinda sees a spectacular future for brand marketing as TV and Video advertising rapidly converge in a content everywhere world.
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Matt leads the company’s sales efforts. His deep experience in video and TV advertising began at CBS where he rose to VP, General Manager of both CBS.com and CBSNews.com. As President and Co-Founder of Vindico, the first MRC accredited video ad server, Matt was instrumental in its growth to a market leader. His recent role as CMO at Sorenson Media immersed him in the addressable TV space. Matt is passionate about building and growing world class sales teams with a clear mission: to help brands and their agencies innovate and thrive by harnessing the potential of the massive media disruption to the advertisers’ benefit.
Chief Human Resources Officer
As CHRO, Jennifer is responsible for hiring, onboarding, retaining and developing team members across all divisions of the company. Her success in identifying innovative, forward thinking candidates and maintaining an open, transparent company culture are hallmarks of her 20+ years of human resources experience with high growth companies. Prior to joining Extreme Reach, Jennifer led recruitment, reward, recognition and succession planning for two different Omnicom-owned agencies as well as Plymouth Rock Assurance.
